I made aquick stop tosee how much itwould cost toget marks off mycar from scraping the side. Daniel remembered mefrom the time adog ran into mycar and had tohave repair, months before. He(and the work done) was great then and great today, when hewalkedin…grabbed some spray… and cleaned itrightup. Inthe past 40years, I've used another local repair shop, and thought Iwas pleased, but Daniel atBill Knight, has won meover.

Horrible Horrible micro aggressive customer services. The way Iwas treated was ridiculous! The customer service was sobad Iliterally picked mycar upand took itto another collision shop! DONOT DOIT! It’s stressful enough when your car isdamaged and dealing with the process ofgetting itfixed can bea hassle. After meeting with Daniel from the Broken Arrow Collision Center Iknew they were the right place for the work Ineeded. The car isnot even ayear old with less than5,000miles and myconcern was having itfixed and still lookingnew. Daniel went over the entire process and kept meinformed ofevery step, heanswered all mycalls, every question and dealt with the getting payment from the person atfault. Itis hard tofind good customer service, Bill Knight has someone who iswilling togo above that and provide exceptional service with Daniel! After 3attempts atfixing mycar from aside-swipe, three ofthe parts are painted three different colors from each other. The car was sent back twice tohave the headlights adjusted. The passenger side headlight nolonger works and the drivers side ispointing atthe ground 8feet infront ofthecar. They painted over clear coat peeling and didn't paint all ofthe bumper until Icomplained tomy insurance company. Ittook them two weeks topaint mybumper and reattached itafter itcame apartafter their install. The list goes onandon. Ifyou want abody shop todo less than the minimum, want towait weeks for aday's worth ofwork and like lousy quality workmanship this isthe place togo. You have been warned.… – show

Had anaccident inlate January and the other party’s insurance which isa smaller company, was not easy tonavigate. The staff atthe auto repair shop helped somuch ingetting mycar repaired and pushing financial concerns from that insurance company.
